Delicious! My family loved every bite. I only cooked at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. I also used more butter in the whole recipe, about 3/4 of a stick total. (Half stick in vegetables and the remainder in the steak.)

It was really good, doubled the recipe, the reason I give it 3 stars was because I cooked it for 25 mins as instructed and it came out kinda on the more burnt side. This could be because I used thin sliced provolone so I really don’t know. Will make again with a thicker cheese. But next time I’m gonna cook it for 20 mins instead regardless of what cheese I use.
