I used rotisserie chicken and increased the spices a bit and added a little garlic powder. This turned out great! It will be our rotation now.

This turned out great. I also added zucchini and a bit more spices. Will definitely make again.

This has become a staple for me! I skip the cilantro and sour cream, and it’s HEAVEN! So yummy!

We liked it. For us next time I’ll add less sour cream, chicken broth, and more cheese but will make again. Thank you.

I’ve made this so many times now, it’s super good! I’ve used rotisserie chicken and I’ve tried it with chicken thighs I’ve cooked-both are great. I do lettuce wraps, hubby does tortillas and we both like it with some blue corn chips too (as a dip) I get block pepper jack and shred so it’s melty and fresh and added cilantro and scallion. If it comes out too spicy, we serve with guac and rice. Super easy and warms up great.

Tasted like it was from a restaurant. I used John Souls Food fajita chicken for the meat.

It was good. I added cilantro. I added some smoked paprika as well. It is definitely worth making again.

Excellent! Only issue I have is it’s not enough as my hubby (who doesn’t like casseroles) had three servings! Making a double batch in an effort to stay on track with our low carb lifestyle, eat less processed frozen meals, and have something new to grab and go during the week. I used a low carb heat seasoning instead of chili powder to kick it up a notch. Definitely a win win! Yum!

It was pretty good, nothing super special I did add extra seasoning and some diced jalapeños. I think if you’re not specifically doing low carb, I think some tortillas or tortilla chips added in would be good.

We added jalapeños and mushrooms. My wife and I think it tastes like a chicken quesadilla, delightful. Next time we may add cream cheese

Turned out yummy! A hit for my whole family. I didnt put in as much chili powder as recipe called for, but kept everything else the same.

This is my go to dinner when I'm short on time. It keeps well in the fridge so I can eat off of it for a couple of days. It's a great and easy recipe that keeps me on my diet. I do add broccoli and cauliflower to it.
