Excellent! I added extra basil and oregano plus garlic salt and onion powder. I didn’t have Gouda so I used extra mozzarella and Parmesan. This made the “make again” list in my house!

It was just okay. If I make it again I’ll use sausage instead of hamburger meat. Also it was hard to get enough of the water out of the cabbage.

Instead of 2lbs ground beef. I did 1lb ground beef and 1lb ground Italian sausage. Amazing!

Delicious. Don't skip the gouda. It definitely is the star of this show. The pic is before this went in the oven.

This is the best low calorie meal I have EVER had! Absolutely fabulous & I don't miss the pasta at all! I am not that fond of Italian sausage so I use a ground pork & beef mixture & add a little extra red pepper flakes. It is good with ground turkey as well.
