It was decent. A bit lacking in being able to give you a feeling of fullness, but that is no different than other soups.

This recipe is really great and simple. I wasn’t really sure what to expect because there are so few reviews and I am not familiar with this website, but I am beyond excited I gave this a try! A novice cook could make this. Super impressed! I put a small amount of soup in a side pot for the kids and added some crumbled bacon, my daughter who has never liked a single soup loved it! A wonderful surprise! Great for a low carb diet!

Excellent flavour and easy to make great as a soup or add frozen peas and corn and thicken to make a great stew
