Wonderful flavor. I added a bit of cornstarch to give a thicker hardier consistency and season my chicken in some Cajun spice to give it a little extra kick.

Turned out great! Broth has a nice flavor and chicken adds to make it a hearty dinner.

OMG....this soup!! DELISH! Best recipe Ive ever made! I did make a couple changes. I added a carrot and 2 celery sticks at the onion saute stage alongbwith fresh rosemary. I increased thr broth to 6 cups, used 8oz cream cheese instead of 5 and I added Gruyere cheese that I had left over from another recipe. I can say that...this is so good, you really can skip the cheeses part at the end and just keep it as a broth bases soup. I will do that next time to save calories and fat.
