    Not bad. A little dry if you’re not careful. All the recipes I found for cream cheese pancakes are just eggs and cream cheese and taste like eggs. If you’re doing that, leave out the scrambled eggs or it will be too eggy. Undercook the scrambled eggs so they don’t get rubbery. I tried it with undercooked bacon, and it worked pretty well cooking down the rest of the way.
