It was very watery and seeped through bread by the time we got to work but tasted great.

Awesome stuff used a mission whole wheat wrap, canned tuna, and baby spinach and it came out at just over 250 calories for the whole thing!

I liked tge tang the yogurt added. I used green pepper instead of red and added some salt for flavor.

Super yums!
I added jalapeños and cherry tomatoes for that extra pop of flavour.

I use Latvia flat bread nowadays, lot less carbs than any type of tortilla and just as if not healthier for you. The taste and texture between Latvia flat bread and tortilla's aren't much difference to my taste buds. I use them for wraps, soft taco's, burrito's, etc...in place of tortilla's or any other type of flat bread..
