It was good but the directions are vague at best. How long to bake, cover or uncovered? Mine came out milky. Had I covered it, it would have cooked faster.

easy to throw together and the kids loved it. i thought it was a little bland. maybe a little chili powder or cayenne

I used my toaster oven, and it turned out pretty good. The 45 minutes was perfect time, but the cheese got too over done, so I would suggest putting it on 1/2 way through the bake time. Even though I used 15% ground beef, and blotted all extra grease off, it still came out quite greasy. Not soupy, greasy. I thought it was a little bland, but was yummy. Next time though, I will add chili powder or some other "spicy" ingredient.

My fiancé is a meat and potatoes guy and LOVED this! I skipped the cheddar and milk and air fried the potatoes and put them on top bc I was short on time and it’s 100 degrees in Phoenix so oven use is minimal. He did say he added BBQ for extra flavor so I’m going to add that the second time.

Chorizo is the key to flavor in this one. After reading the other reviews about “lack of flavor” I skipped the burger and used chorizo instead. Very flavorful and you can skip the other spices. Put cheese on the last 10 minutes or cover with foil.

This recipe has potential but needs to be played around with. The worcheshire sauce completely took over. Way too much! Maybe next time i will use a brown gravy. I added onions and this would go well with corn bread.
