Turned out well. I riced my cauliflower so the kids thought it was spuds. Omitted the cream, it’s unnecessary. Overall, a good side dish! Will make again.

Served this with ham for our Easter meal. Was well received. I cheated and added a bit of onions 'cause why not? Because we served it along side ham, i didn't add the bacon. Will be making this again.

Very good. Simple enough that my husband could whip it up. The cauliflower and broccoli balance out the fat-heavy ingredients. My kids don’t enjoy cauliflower by itself like they enjoy broccoli so this is recommended for parents of little ones-they liked this a lot!

Yummy, getting my grandchildren to eat veggies is nearly impossible. The whole family loved it. My daughter actually made a bowl to take to work ( before dinner was over) lol.

I doubled this recipe so we had plenty of leftovers after Christmas dinner. We liked it.

This dish was gobbled up😅 I made a double batch and glad I did. I didn’t have chives, so I fried up half a diced onion an a few cloves of garlic. Also used 2/3 sour cream and 1/3 Mayo with a little kefir to loosen it up a bit, along with two tsp Dijon. All of these changes created a bit more tang, if you like that.

Turned out really good. I made double portions for the size of my family. They loved it. This is actually my 2nd time making it.

Doubled the batch in my 9x13 baking dish and cooked at 400. Very good, served with bread. Made this without bacon, used less cheese, used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and green onions instead of chives (mixed them all directly in). May use a little less yogurt and mayo (I use a combo of mayo and veganaise) next time as the dish was pretty rich.

I didn’t have broccoli so I substituted with purple cabbage. It was delicious!

I have made this one so often that it has been added to my personal cookbook. Everyone in my family absolutely loves it! Even the ones that don't like cauliflower love it.

My fiancé and I may have topped it with a little more cheese than called for, but it was delicious!

Fabulous..!! I used just cauliflower and steamed it for 7 minutes before mixing it in. I used about 1/4 c of cream since there wasn’t as much moisture from the cauliflower. I also baked it a lot longer. I love the crusty bits it gets when cooked longer.
