They look delicious!! I substituted bacon pieces for ham!! Can't wait to eat them!!

I baked as directed for 20 minutes. The egg texture was ok; not too dry. The flavor was odd, but that could be my cooking spray. I will try again with a different spray.

These are delicious! Easy to make. Be aware that Yummly says you need 6 eggs and 6 egg whites but the actual website directions are different.

Added broccoli, some flax seed and some hemp seed for added protein and they came out great!

came out pretty well, wish i had used cooking spray bc now i have to scrub the pan, tasted pretty well, definitely will make again
