Very good! Made with mushroom cauliflower rice & tomato/avocado salad with bacon - delicious

I didn’t have skinned barramundi, but it came out decently flavorful. I only had 2 fillets, so cut the ingredients in half. I think I just needed more salt and pepper. Laid the fish out over a bed of greens. Overall, it was an easy recipe and one I’ll make again, with more seasoning.
