So, so good. I didn’t think I would like the thicker crust, but it’s so crisp and buttery.

Excellent lemon flavor tops an oh so good sweet crust. I’ll definitely make this one again.

The lemon bars were delicious. My oven took longer than 20 minutes to get the crust golden on the edges but other than that the recipe was worked step for step

Delicious and simple!
I had never attempted them cause I thought it was a lot of work to make crust then a topping. But this recipe is so quick. The longest and hardest part is the grating the zest and juicing the lemons. Loved them so much made 2 batches with in a week.

Very good and easy to make. My wife and grandchildren love the lemon bars
Second time making I added a little vanilla to the crust to give it more of a cookie flavor

I put a twist on the recipe and used oranges instead of lemons because I was out of lemons. Yummy good.

Soooooo good!
Added 1/2 cup of shredded coconut to the cookie part and my family loved them!

The best lemon bars I ever had. I added shredded unsweetened coconut to the crust so good.

I used only a cup of sugar for the filling. Other than that, I followed the instructions and it turned out great.

Turned out great. I used a 9x9 inch pan so I only used half of the ingredients. It was delicious the crust was crispy like a biscuit but the filing was soft and smooth and just sour enough.

Delicious! A little on the tart side. May want to hold back on the lemon juice a little.

My lemon bars turned out great! This was my first time making lemon bars and I was amazed by how well the tartness and sweetness balanced each other. The bottom tasted like shortbread and although it took me some time to get the “clumpy sand” consistency, it was definitely worth the extra time and love!!! Would highly recommend this recipe as a summer treat :)

This recipe is fabulous! I love lemon bars, but have never made them before. Creamy deliciousness. I undercooked the cookie crust slightly (baked 17mins convection bake) because I prefer the crust/cookies that way. I almost made a second batch with a layer of slice strawberries as I’m an improviser cook - put sliced berries on top of cooked crust then poured lemon filling over it. YUM! Thank you for sharing this recipe, I’m going to have fun making this again, next time trying blueberries!!
