    Tasty, but overall too rich for me. I added another cup of water and one more of stock, but still. The cheese is nice, but it actually doesn’t need it. The thickened broth was delicious by itself.

    Really good-skipped the mustard & thyme only because we forgot it and still great! Doubled the recipe also added sautéed chopped onion

    Amazing! I used the ham broth instead of chicken broth. No need to add salt. Might not use so much cheese next time as it is exceptionally thick. Husband loves it.

    Not bad. Very easy, with minimal prep and cleanup. The family enjoyed it, and it was a nice, simple, delicious way to use up leftover ham. I also like that it did not require the addition of heavy cream. Next time, I might skip the cheese, as it tasted great without it.
