Great, with a minor tweak No precooking the pasta. I simply put them in uncooked to save one task. It did require some breaking. I added 10 minutes to baking time.
Honey used instead of sugar.

This recipe is a good base to start with especially if you haven't made it before. I never follow directions as written, but this is also a little complicated. No offence to the wine and vingar, but i like to simplify things, so I make my sauce with San Marzano tomatoes, salt, basil and garlic. Simple and flavorful. I also mix the ricotta with the parm and dump the mozz on the top top layer. i then add a little bit of the meatless sauce on top. The spices, etc are more to taste.

Excellent flavor and easy too. I made 3 layers of noodles and used 16 oz. of cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Leftovers taste even better.

great. really depends on sauce so you have to play with sugar, vinegar and some other spices. i added some red pepper for a little zing.

This was so great!! We did the least amount of sugar and loaded on the cheese. Used whole wheat pasta to add some nutrients. It’s a delicious recipe! Will definitely make again!

It was good! I did add bell pepper as i had none on hand. In addition, I didn't really want to make sweeter so I skipped the sugar. I tweaked the ricotta a bit by adding oregano, an egg and basil.
