We’ve made this 3 times. Fantastic recipe if you don’t care for the taste of ricotta and are looking for a lasagna without it. We love it and haven’t felt the need to tinker with it. Kid approved!

Delish made a cream with ricotta and sour cream, lemon and garlic powder to drizzle on top. It's not dinner time yet and the dish is half way. Will do again.

This recipe was fantastic! I replaced the beef with a combination of turkey and chorizo, as well as added additional spices to taste. Like dried oregano, Italian seasoning, Tony Chacherie’s no salt seasoning blend, not to mention salt & pepper. We will try a vegetarian version with plant based meat and I will update on how that one comes out.

It turned out very good I didn't use the mushrooms tho an it still turned out good kids an boyfriend enjoyed will def be adding to my things to cook..

I substitued the cottage cheese for ricotta and added italian sausage for more flavor. I thought it was a bit bland the first time i made this so we had to make a couple adjustments.

I made this extra cheesy. it was delicious....I just used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese

It was amazing! Made it last week and I’m making it again tonight. Everyone loved it and my husband is a picky eater lol

turned out great , added fresh chopped basil to to the ricotta mix (used ricotta because i dont know about cottage cheese) . kids loved it

Great! Added some red wine and brown sugar to the beef and put some fresh parsley. I also replaced the cottage cheese with ricotta.

Soooo freakin good!! Had to rate to make sure this is the only lasagna recipe I use! I just added Italian seasoning to the sauce. Absolutely delicious.

This is one of the best dishes I ever made or eaten. The only thing I did different was to use the ricotta cheese instead of cottage.
