This was really good; Easy to make and tasty! I did double the sauce it was perfect amount for a medium size head of cauliflower.

Amazing meatless dish. Added one chopped red pepper to the cauliflower half way trhrough and threw in chopped dry roasted peanuts with the scallions. Side of steamed broccoli completed the plate with color and more delicious veg! Will be a regular for us!

Flavour was really good. First double the sauce plus add three tablespoons of water or it will be dry and not coated properly. Dont worry it'll thicken nicely on the stovetop. Once coated add about quarter cup of Panko for a bit of crunch. I added regular breadcrumbs which worked but Panko would be perfect. Serve with spring rolls and some regular or better yet fried rice.

Did not care for the flavor . The sauce did not coat the cauliflower enough in my opinion and i doubled the sauce.

Delicious and easy to make. only tough part is the cleanup of the baking sheet, next time I will try to line with parchment or foil.

Nowhere near enough sauce so very dry. Needs at least twice as much sauce, and I had a small cauliflower.

This is one of the best cauliflower recipes I've ever followed (almost to the letter).
I used 1 head each of golden and purple cauliflower plus black sesame seeds instead! There was enough sauce and i didn't space them out.
It came out Bomb! 😋

Very good but not enough sauce to cover all the cauliflower florets. If you make this, double the sauce ingredients. Or, get a smaller cauliflower. The recipe calls for a medium cauliflower, but maybe what I consider medium and what they consider medium is entirely different.

This was so easy and delicious! My 4 year year old and 1 year old even loved it!

Loved it. Great balance in this sauce. I doubled the sauce recipe and while the cauliflower was roasting, I used the other half of the sauce to make Shrimp with other green veggies. Delicious. This will be a go to when craving take out.

This stuff is ridiculously good, putting it on top of cauliflower was a good call. I paired it with crispy tofu (recipe listed as "the best crispy tofu" on yumly) and it was a fantastic combo.

Loved it. Will make again definitely. I added more spices and used a batter before marinating to add a crunch.

This is so delicious. I doubled the recipe of the sauce like some people suggested, and added an extra half tbsp of sriracha and a tsp of crushed red (to make it spicy to our liking!). It really only made 3 servings though after the cauli shrunk in the oven.

Loved it!!! Automatically doubled sauce and it was perfect. Served it with rice from Trader Joe’s and it was super tasty and easy!
