I added a while bag of white chocolate chips and about a 1/3 cranberries. my family loved them, they did spread out alot in the oven next time i might only use one egg

Not as chewy as I'd hoped. I used non-dairy semi-sweet chocolate chips, so should have added a bit more sugar. Spraying a non-stick baking pan worked just fine. I think next time I'll just try adding cranberries to a tried and true chocolate chip recipe.

They were tasty alright but as others have said they are quite cake-y. Might be worth trying with only one egg. I'd add more cranberries too.

Made it yesterday for Christmas Eve and it was perfect! Everyone at the party had a cookie and it was all gone by the end of the night 😬!!

Uh. These cookies turned out flat and the ones that weren’t were like cake. I thought it was odd to not mix the dry ingredients all together and then put them in... I think that may have been the underlying issue. That and to have the butter melted. Maybe room temperature would have been better. Unfortunately I’ll be throwing these away.

Simple and yummy...added crushed peppermints to the second batch to make it even more Christmas time fun!

Made them for our annual cookie swap. they were the hit of the party! nice texture and flavor. Not too sweet. Making them again for Christmas gifts!

I didn’t have white chocolate and couldn’t imagine milk chocolate with cranberries so just added milk chocolate chips. Cookies are good and very easy but had an odd after taste. Might be because of my deviations though.

Left out the chocolate chips and replaced the baking soda with 3x as much baking powder and they were still very good

I made these cookies to use up some dried cranberries that I didn’t want to go to waste. Everyone absolutely loved them!
