I left the sauce in the marinating dish, added the fried chopped pork chops then baked at 400 F for the 10 mins

06-21-2021. Marinated chops in am, seared in pan baked 20 minutes as chops were very thick. Delicious and easy. Great sauce

Really delicious! Paired it with Korean spinach for a great quick weekday dinner.

Absolutely delicious! Even my gf that normally isn't a fan of any Asian food loved it. I'll use a touch less ginger next time, but i may have accidentally used a little too much.

We found this recipe salty and it was likely due to my soya sauce. Will try this again for sure.

The flavor was delicious and meat was tender and not dried (marinated 2 hours) and served with fried rice Made double recipe and made pork chops that marinated until the next day (marinated 24 hours) with Mac and cheese and and fried corn. They loved it. Easy peezy

Easy quick dish, Turned out delish. Kids loved it too! The pork chops I had were about 1” thick, did not need to finish in the oven, just cooked a little longer on the stove, until the sauce started to caramelize. Did not have ginger, so used a little nutmeg and cinnamon instead, and still turned out great. Also added a little too much sesame oil, just just added a little more soy sauce and honey. Will make again!

It turned out really good! Don’t need to leave in the oven for 10 mins, so let its cook on 250 while preparing the sides dishes

Ohmygosh! YUMMY! Jenny, below, suggested using the marinade on chicken, and I will try that next. And I second what Paula says about making more sauce!

I usually leave the meat marinated overnight for the taste to seep in. I also use it on chicken :D Very good recipe.

Absolutely delicious. Doubled the recipe so there was more sauce. Will definitely be making again.

It was really good, the sauce itself was great. If you make this maybe make more sauce to put on the side (not in the marinade) if you are going to serve it with rice.

If you don’t like spice at all I would skip out on the Sriracha sauce or minimize it. Besides that this recipe came out amazing 🤤 I don’t have a cast iron so I cooked the marinated pork chops in a skillet then transferred everything into a non stick pan and stuck it into the oven. I ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARINATING THESE PORK CHOOS FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR.

Very good. I didn’t modify it at all. Next time I would probably marinate the pork chops longer.
