    My husband and I both loved this recipe! This recipe is very easy and just one pan to clean up. Just before I put it in the oven I added fresh broccoli and thinly sliced red onion. It was delish! Will be making this again!

    Very tasty but the pork chops really didn’t need to be cooked as long as the recipe calls for. I would make it again 😉.

    Absolutely loved it. Due to reading other reviews did 1/4 cup soy and 1/4 cup ponzu and used my favorite sweet chili sauce Mae Ploy. Was delightful!

    Awesome substituted jam for sweet chili. Already had enough spicy flavor. We like it with potatoes with sauce poured over both. For thinner chops-4 minutes per side.

    Delicious recipe. I tooo marinaded for several hours and also tried it with organic salmon then grilled it on cedar planks - amazing!

    These pork chops were so good. I marinated them for several hours, so did not use the other half for basting. Cooked them on medium heat on the stovetop, 6 minutes per side and they turned out really moist and tender. We loved them.

    good, my pork chops were thin so I cooked them less on the second side. The marinade was so yummy, I put it over the rice as well.

    This was awesome and easy to put together. I accidently used all the sauce for marinading, and used it all for cooking the chops in - I just made sure to give it a good boil for those 6 minutes of cooking the chops on the second side. I don't know if that was enough time to keep the sauce safe, but it tasted great and no ill effects. Next time I may not take the chance and increase the sauce by 1/2 because having that extra sauce to pour over the chops and drizle on rice was perect.
