I made this recipe for a Korean BBQ night with my parents and I. It was an instant favorite among them. They went in for more because they loved it so much. It was quick and easy. The ingredients were pretty easy to gather. I added Spicy 5 Pepper instead of the red pepper flakes, because it is my personal favorite. I added some grilled vegetables and fell in love.

Was so delicious! Not the exact same when i go to Korean BBQ but the flavour was even better! I marinated for only 3 hrs and it was so tasty! Remaking the recipe right now now

LOVED THIS RECIPE. I marinated the shortribs overnight, seared them with the sauté function on the instantpot, then cooked under manual pressure for 45 with natural release. Amazing!!!

very good results. will perhaps add a bit of spice nextime but very enjoyable just as it is. used flanken cut ribs we found from whole foods. really a great find when prepared with this recipe.

So tasty! I didn’t have scallions so I just used white onion but the scallions would have added that Korean flavor..marinated overnight and we grilled outside! Easy and tasty!

I made this with separated pork ribs, and marinaded in the fridge overnight, turning every once in a while. I then grilled on my gas grill set to the lowest setting (425).turning every 3/4 minutes, until internal temp reached 150. Then let rest on the grill. Let me just say this.. there were NO leftovers! Yum!!
