It was really good! The next time I make it, I’ll fry the potatoes then put the sauerkraut in. I like a little crust on my potatoes.

Maybe I did something wrong, but following the recipe as written just left me with burnt sauerkraut and a disappointing dinner. 30 minutes at medium-high heat was way too much for how little liquid was in this recipe.

Delicious! I used the optional brown sugar instead of the honey. I also used 2 cans of diced white potatoes and 1 can of sauerkraut. It was very easy this way. Everything caramelized beautifully. I will surely make again.
