I made this for a church potluck. I anticipated having enough for leftovers for the next day while hoping that it would not be leftovers for a couple days. (I don’t always read my eating audience well.) What a success! There was only enough left for my husband’s lunch and everyone commented favorably about this dish. It was great and I wish I had gotten a picture. This is definitely a make again recipe.

I made dish. Taste good. But recipe didn’t talk about how long to cook potatoes.

Made it for dinner tonight, and everybody liked it. I’m saving this recipe so I can do it again!

Outrageously delicious! I doubled the recipe & the family loved. Used leftovers with eggs for breakfast!

Amazing! The key to this dish is to get spicy sausage instead of the regular smoky one, which can be a bit blunt. Spicy sausage will become more beautifully flavourful once browned. Then, when it comes to slicing the sausage - slice it a bit thinner. Another modification I did was to skip the white wine. All together, this dish is full of flavours, and so simple and quick to make. Highly recommended!

My family loved it! I used less tomato since my son isn't a fan and it was a big hit.

Excellent! VERY tasty and VERY easy for this husband to make for his family. I will add more kielbasa next time though.

Turned out pretty good I would have liked to have a guide on how much oregano or the but overall it’s pretty good

Very delicious!! Would definitely make it again as a quick meal. I modified it slightly. I didn't add any tomatoes or white wine. I used Italian seasoning instead of oregano and I used red peppers, green peppers, and onion stir-fry mix
