    The doubling feature on the directions didn't work. I only have 12" or bigger pie plates. I doubled the recipe as written and the filling never gelled. Even at double the cooking time it didn't work.

    I don’t eat Key lime pie so not sure if it’s spot on or not. My husband loves Key lime pie and requested I make it. I didn’t have Key lime juice; just lime juice and lemon juice. I found online that you could mix half lime juice and half lemon juice if you don’t have key lime juice. So that’s what I did. Hubby loved it! I thought the pie was a good balance of sweet and tart; you’re right, the graham cracker crust wasn’t sweet which made for a good balance with the sweetness of the actual pie. The pie was too sweet for me tho; I’m not a sweet tooth so that’s expected. It was an easy, quick, recipe. I will make this again with Key lime juice and report back. Thanks!

    Very good. My daughter who thought she hated key lime pie ate 3 slices!
