It had great flavor but did not hold together . I feel like an additional egg might have done the trick . Will try again .

Sadly disappointed. Attempting to eat healthier and tried this recipe. . Will make again and maybe add other ingredients to give more flavor. In my opinion, very bland.

Love this recipe. Made 4 batches each with something different added. 1plain, 1blueberry,1strawberry and 1with chocolate chips. All received great reviews from family

So quick and easy to make! Will definitely make again probably add walnuts next time. I dusted the top with pepita and sunflower seeds.

turned out great! I used Swerve for my sweetener ! next time I will add nuts and blueberries!

Love this bread! I added half regular/half brown Swerve. I used half almond/half quinoa flower, which made it a bit lighter in texture. An addition of a few blueberries and some chopped pecans made an extra-special treat. I also cooked it about 20 minutes less than suggested.
