I've now made this twice. The 1st time I made it to the recipe with the addition of the heavy whipping cream. It came out very smooth. I enjoyed it but my kids did not. Over time I learned that my kids don't really care for soft vegetables. Last night I made it and the whole household absolutely loved it. I boiled the Cauliflower until it was slightly harder around 10 minutes, I added double the garlic powder because I love it, I added a pinch of salt and a generous amount of black pepper to the mix, I added shredded cheddar to the mix and not just on top, I didn't use any heavy whipping, lastly I substituted the bacon for a bag of chicken crackling. This turned out golden.

Delicious and easy to make! Will be making this often as my daughter has high blood sugar so she has to watch her carb intake.
