This is great! We’re having it tonight. It’s so great it’s become a monthly meal at our house!

Awesome. Took about 20 minutes to cook for me, but I did 2lbs of raw shrimp and 4 peppers. We put the mix on tortillas and had it like tacos!

was delicious!! I probably wouldn't bake for 8mins so the veggies can be more crisp

My family loved it! (My husband myself and teenage daughter) I doubled the recipe, added zucchini and sriracha seasoning, and there was NO leftovers! awesomeness for us!!

So as with any recipe I made some adjustment— no cumin, no chili powder; as I’m not a fan of the taste that sometimes seeps in. I used a frozen bag of cauliflower stirfried rice and then I sautéed some spinach. I agree uncooked shrimp is the best option ! Finally I follow the advice of someone else and I put it on a tortilla Bueno Bueno!

Delicious & easy. A bit spicy for me - I'll cut back on the spice next time!

Very tasty. I did opt for raw shrimp, though, and roasted the veggies a bit first before adding the shrimp because I like my veggies more toasted. Definitely will make again!

Great recipe—I should’ve broiled it a few minutes longer ..... and I think raw shrimp is the way to go!

Great! Instead of baking on a sheet pan, I just fried everything up on my stovetop. It was definitely good.
