I’m usually pretty savvy in the kitchen but couldn’t make this dough… followed the recipe, weight everything, but the dough is super dry and clumped….

It is great! I made into waffles!
A few small tweaks
1 1/4 cups almond flower
1tsp baking powder
Will add sweetener next time
PERFECT FLUFFY WONDERFUL WAFFLES

Used 6 eggs. Batter looked perfect. Cooked with goose grease on the griddle. Tasted delicious!! Doubled the batch, but using a 1/4 cup scoop it only made 13 pancakes, not 20. Will use an 1/8 cup scoop next time.

Very good! Similar taste and texture of whole wheat pancakes. I added a little Swerve to the batter and cooked the pancakes in ghee. I'll definitely maken again.

We loved it. I used vanilla almond milk instead but definitely will be making again!

Not as tasty as a regular pancake obviously, but surprisingly not far off. I used self raising flour instead of baking soda as i dont have any. Type 1 diabetic, just had about 5 cakes myself with a little raspberry jam, so interested to see what that does to my glucose!

Really good recipe for keto! I experimented a little bit with the ingredient quantities. I felt that the recipe amount for either almond milk or cream was too little. I doubled the amount of liquid to get a nice batter consistency that you will find with regular pancakes. I also used 2 eggs. These pancakes coupled with a chopped strawberry topping sweetened with Stevia or another sugar substitute made for a delicious keto breakfast!

way too many eggs.. tasted like a sweet omelette. i added much more flour and milk and only then they started tasting better and more like pancakes.

Great texture using 4 eggs even with almond meal, and holds shape when flipping compared to other recipes. Needs toppings to be flavoursome so consider that when recording your macros.

Easy and light love them I used sugar free maple syrup and that made it taste amazing

They were quite good but not that sweet even with added cinnamon. They were also a bit dry - I used 2 eggs though

It turned out well. Used 3 eggs for the right texture for me. Definitely a keeper 👍🏼

These were pretty good. I did add almond extract, cinnamon, and I used a very small amount of AP flour and half and half. I was worried these would taste "eggy" like a lot of Keto recipes but they weren't with the additions. Hope this helps

The texture is perfectly fine with me! I added cashew milk instead of almond milk. Only thing is to either add a bit of stevia or just add keto maple syrup or berries for sweetness. Definitely making this again :)

turned out as pictured and i really enjoyed them, texture after cooking was fluffy and light and tasted great. Family thought they where missing something or tasted salty, possibly the almond flour or almond milk had a slight after taste in them but i did not notice it all.
