Bake the crust for much less time! Burns easily. Smells divine. I won’t taste it because I am making it for someone else.

Nothing like the picture, quite sloppy so needed more almond flour I’d say, just to give it a bit more of a cake consistency on the base. Very lemony.

I don’t particularly like the taste of sugar alcohols so it was easy to taste in this recipe but it was surprisingly good for a keto dessert. I had just started keto and was happy with the result. Very filling

Didn't have erythritol so used 3/4 of a cup of raw honey, a tad more of almond flour and cooked for a little longer. Too much lemon for my liking but still a good little recipe to tweak to my own taste.

These turned out great! I had to tweak the recipe a little bit because I ran out of monkfruit sweetener. I also didn’t have powdered sugar but they came out amazing anyways. I followed the instructions for the crust to a T, it was when u was making the cake part that I ran out of monk fruit sweetener(I only have 1/4 cup left. I added an extra 2 tablespoons of almond flour because it was very runny. And I also put a teaspoon of vanilla extract to replace the sugar I didn’t put it. It was perfect.

They turned out really good! I used a cup of monk fruit. I blended the granulated monk fruit to get a powdered "sugar" consistency, which worked very well.

Omgosh this was delish!!! I love all things lemon, so this was right up my alley. This is definitely a do again recipe.

Came out great. Could have been specific about the amount of zest. Either way, it was a hit.
