My husband and I both liked the meatballs. I’m so glad I was able to find a recipe that is completely grain free yet produces moist meatballs. Thank you!

I’d never added almond flour and eggs to any meatball recipe in the past and it’s made ALL the difference!!! 10/10

Easy, healthy, and tasty. We had it over roasted butternut squash. Yum! Will definitely make again.

Extremely good and the aroma is to die for!
(Although too much carb for strict Keto)

Simple recipe, delicious dinner that both my young kids (who can be picky) love and ask for seconds!

I added chopped jalepenos and onions to it - it was a huge hit with my family!!! I served it over spaghetti squash

Turned out pretty good. I’m going to put this in my folder for next month too. I added a few more spices to it, like garlic powder, red chili flakes and paprika for color.

This was a great dish! I was surprised with how much I liked it, especially because I’m a very picky eater. Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about this recipe. These meatballs turned out great! We used ground turkey and it worked well. We used Rao marinara sauce and it was fantastic too! We couldn't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch the following day.

It’s a nice easy recipe and quick to make. I add Rao’s sauce and riced cauliflower and add some shredded mozzarella on top.

I have made these a few time now and each time they have been a hit!! I do use 1 lb beef and 1 lb sausage instead of 2 pounds beef. Other then hat I stick the the recipe and it’s amazing!
