    flavor was good. held off on the cayenne because my kids don't care for the extra spice. could have used more pork rinds, perhaps another 2oz or so. definitely will make again tho and try to make it better.

    Seasoning combo was pretty good, I had the chicken in butter milk over night and tasted great. I will say that I put the chicken in the fridge in a container afterwards and it got very soggy, the crispiness was gone. So I would highly suggest to eat them all in one sitting, even 1 hr in the fridge was disappointing.

    made it in the air fryer once with thighs and once with tenders. the thighs came out juicier. sprinkled some lime at the end. not our favorite.

    Great taste, texture and just the right amount of spice! I did add extra pork rinds as it didn’t seems to be quite enough

    Love the breading! We did bone in fried chicken in the air-fryer. Mmmmm! 330 for 33-35 min and then up it to 400 for 5 min. Perfect and tastes just like Mama’s

    Marinated in pickle juice OMG this was delicious I actually cut up some chicken tenders and threw it in the air fryer for 15 min and wham bam thank you ma’am!!!!!

    Very good! I used skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs, bumped the spices up by 50 percent, and doubled the cooking time. Came out crispy and moist. Can't think of anything I'd change for next time.

    Came out great, I put some in the air fryer to try there. Under same temperature and time. Came out a little more on the crispy than in the oven. And was a little bit saltier as well. But was great out the air fryer as well

    Delicious! Used tenderloins, one 3oz bag of plain pork rinds and 1 0z hot pork rinds. Left out the cayenne since I used the hot pork rinds and yes this is a keeper! Paired with Garlic Roasted Potatoes.

    Omg this was fantastic I use spicy pork rinds on mine .... make sure u coat it very well I used the leftover rinds and sprinkled them on there yummy will make again and I didn’t use none of the spicy seasoning.. only black pepper salt Paprika and garlic powder my spicy pork rinds was my spice

    Made these without the thyme, because of personal preference. Also only 1/4 tsp of cayenne and it was still a bit too spicy for me. But they still turned out really tasty. Next time will broil at the end to make them extra crispy.

    Everyone loved them! So good. Even my picky son ate them no problem. Normally when I try to make something low carb my kids are like this tastes weird I don't like it, but this time they had no idea. Awesome

    The thyme was a bit overpowering. Will likely make again, but will reduce amount of thyme or try other spices.

    So delicious! I paired with a homemade “raising canes” sauce and it tasted just like I was at the restaurant but keto! I had left overs so I heated them up in my air frier the next day and they were still delicious! Definitely becoming a staple in my house
