A good no frills recipe that is good as is or you can add extra flavors for variety. I made mine in a food processor so most of my walnuts got chopped fine. Next time I will stir them in. I added 1 Tbl of chia seeds.

This recipe was really good! I made it for my parents and I during this whole "self isolation" thing. It was the right amount of moist and had a good amount of flavor considering it being keto. Highly recommend to other people practicing keto!!!

Having tried several recipes, I have settled on this as my go to. I start with the whisk attachment and beat the eggs until light and airy. Then add in overly ripe bananas. Sometimes I split the almond flour with Pamela’s Nut Flour. For a treat I will use lemon infused Olive Oil from Queen Creek, with transcends this into much more than banana bread. I usually make mini muffins or small loves, topped with walnut halves. They cook better, more evenly.

This is a great tasty recipe. I know it's not 100% Keri because it has bananas but I just love it. I made this twice already. Thank you the recipe.

It tasted a little like banana cake, but I didn't let it cool off :) I will be making it again.

I've been making this for a year now for breakfast instead of bread, I add ground linseed, chia, shredded coconut and use coconut oil instead of olive oil. Oh and only use 2 bananas. Delicious!

I should have followed the advice of previous posters and added some almond milk, but the flavor was really nice considering the lack of added sugar and butter!

This was so easy to make! I had 3 overriped bananas that my daughter didn't eat. I hadn't had fruit in weeks and I was also really missing the texture of bread. I read the reviews and then took their advice. I added 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup Ghirardelli dark baking chips, and 3 Tbs of Swerve, and some cinnamon & nutmeg.
I had a piece warm with a pat of Irish butter and it was delicious.

Really good texture a little bland in flavour- I would prob add 3 large bananas next time- mine were on the medium side. Also a little cinnamon and nutmeg could go a long way next time.
