    This was delicious. I made a few adjustments. I did not have thyme so I used rosemary. I added garlic powder and onion powder. Also, the recipe said cheddar was not traditional so I did half sharp cheddar and half gruyere. I have always made straight cheddar, but this combo was amazing.

    Great! Used grated Parmesan,sharp and mild cheddar, and beef broth instead of heavy cream.
