  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika (or smoked)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Perfect every time we make this. The breasts always turn out juicy and full of flavor. Can be used as the main for your dinner, or cut up for salads and other things.

    Good, easy baked chicken. I tend to not enjoy baked chicken breasts, but these turned out quite nice and the process is easy to boot. Just have to remember to brine!

    This was wonderful, brined a full 2 hours and glad I did. As for complaints of tough chicken, do yourself a favor and buy quality chicken, I used Perdue. Didn’t change seasoning at all. Will be top on my summer party lists.

    I should have kept it in the brine longer but the flavor was excellent put the seasoning into the warm brine water and coated it with the rub we cooked stove stop flavor was delicious id make again

    Great way to get Juicy Chicken Breasts. left mine in the brine for an hour, followed the directions. However baked time had to be extended an additional 10 minutes. Juicy, juicy oven baked chicken breast, I will now not make it any other way.

    This chicken was so easy and moist!!! I used fresh herbs from my herb planter and doubled amounts finely chopped. Excellent flavors! I was afraid at first it might be too hot from the cayenne and my husband doesn’t like super hot and spicy. We both agreed the flavor was fantastic and none too spicy. So quick and easy. We had it with fresh corn off the cob and twice baked potato casserole. Definitely saving this recipe !
