    I make this chicken all the time. Then keep it on hand to cut up for pizza, ravioli, etc. Tonight we’re adding it to fried rice. I can’t believe there were complaints. I think it’s great!

    Very juicy most definitely. The cumin flavor was very powerful, took over in flavor (just my opinion). I will definitely make it again but will cut the cumin in half. The chicken was very tender.

    Really delicious! The only thing was that we didn’t have chili powder so I made my own, and we only had mild paprika. Next time I’d add less paprika unless it’s sweet/regular paprika, as it was a bit too spicy.

    Great recipe! Instead of olive oil, I brushed w/ melted butter, used homemade chili powder & excluded Cumin (personal taste) brined for 2hrs

    My family loves this chicken. It has quickly become one of our favorite meals. Wonderful flavor with a little kick. Great and quick to use a rub when you don't have time to marinate (or the inclination) Just delicious!!
