Substituted paprika for the chili powder at half the amount called for because I didn’t have it. This is a solid rub.

Really good I made it two nights later but with pork chop. It was just as good.

Loved it. Simple to make and versatile to eat in many ways. I tried on tacos with lettuce cilantro and tomatoes. Or eating with potato or rice on the side with veggies works too!

Ehhh not sure if it was the chicken being too thin and having too much seasoning, but it didn’t get all caramely like I thought it would. A little too sweet for my tastes

Excellent. Used 2 tablespoons brown sugar instead of 3. Not a big fan of sweet flavor. But was just perfect. Also did pound the meat and it was very tender. Kids loved it

it was great, I cut the breasts into half rather than beating them, added some paprika and cajun, it ended up so yummy

Made this last night. Very good and delicious. I think the seasoning / spices made a nice crust and held in the juices, which made it première classe. The recipe amounts were fine for covering the chicken. I used breasts but did not 'pound out' flat. 21 minutes @ 475 degrees. Also shook in a few hot pepper flakes to kick it up a notch. Will make it again. Just served with a spinach salad with blueberry dressing. Good dinner... Bon Chance...

Will be on regular rotation! I sliced the chicken breasts in half to make thinner this time & was even better.

The flavor was ok...kinda like a taco with a little bit of brown sugar but we cooked the chicken too long so probably our fault

Honestly just not that great. Hard to balance the sweetness - and even if you do it’s just not great.

Little sweeter than my preference so if you like it salty take it easy on the brown sugar
