Love this recipe!!! The flavor of the pork is delicious and they are so juicy!!

Instructions for time to cook are very inacurate. I baked 4 half inch thick boneless chops on 400 for 8 minutes and they were still raw. They were not frozen. I put them back in for another 7 minutes and the internal temprature was still not up to 145. I baked for another 5 minutes but still only 135 degrees. Baked another 5 minutes and finally got the internal temp over 145.

They were pretty good. I cooked on one side for 18 mins then flipped and did the other side for 10, we like our neat well done. They turned out really good

Not so hot! The chops were pale and pasty looking. I put them in the broiler to brown them up. We will see how that works.

Turned out well and we enjoyed these. The amount of seasoning will cover 2lbs of meat easily.

Great! I only went 15 minutes in oven. The 5 minute rest a lot of juice drained. After cutting the pork I poured juice from oven pan, and cutting board over the pork.

This is the easiest and juiciest pork chops I have ever had. I will be making this again

Awesome! Super juicy, super tender. I also added a little bit of sugar to the spice mix sugar brings out the “sweetness” I’m pork it’s a great addition to the spices and I’ll make this dish again

Juicy and tender! I may swap out the oregano for rosemary next time and maybe a little less paprika. Baked at 400 convection with a sheet pan of sweet potatoes. Pork was done in 12 minutes instead of 18.

It was really good! Very flavorful if slightly salty. Be sure to spread out the seasoning evenly or you'll get a few really salty bites.

Just ok. Not quite as tender as I would have liked and too salty for me. Didn't even use all of the spice mixture. If I were to make again, which I doubt, I would definitely cut the spices in half.

If your looking for fast and easy then this is it. Otherwise, the family and I found it to be very basic and nothing to write home about.
