I normally hate sweet potatoes. However, I love my best friend/roommate, and she loves sweet potatoes, so here we are - I decided to try this recipe! And OH MY GOSH those potatoes are DELICIOUS and the chicken was AMAZING! Oh, my roommate can’t handle spicy stuff, so I changed the seasoning up a bit, but the potatoes and chicken were perfectly tender and cooked at the end. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! Amazing :3
