  • 1 Tbsp. agave syrup (or Maple Syrup)
  • 1 block extra firm tofu (pressed and dried)
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/4 black pepper
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs (or more if needed)
  • avocado oil (for frying, or choice of vegetable oil)

    very good and crispy but i would add more seasoning (chilli powder, msg, onion&garlic powder ect) to the flour if i were to do it again. definitely recommend

    This was really good. I skipped the blending and added some flour to the curry sauce to thicken it. Made with zucchini, mushrooms, and red bell peppers cooked with soy sauce on the side.
