It was excellent! I only had 4 tiger shrimp in the freezer so i added it with boneless chicken thighs. This dish was sooo flavorful and quick!! I will be making it again!!

Tasty...next time will add peppers a little later in the cooking time to maintain some crunch. I added squeeze of fresh lemon juice and some fresh parsley, in addition to green beans to boost vegetable content. I ate mine over cauliflower rice. My husband had brown rice. Yum

Absolutely delicious! Served it with coconut rice for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. My Jamaican husband even gave his approval...not an easy task.

Great flavor I added extra coconut milk and it rendered more sauce.. Easy to make and it is delicious!!!

This was an amazing dish. I used hot curry and placed it over jasmine rice. DELICIOUS! I will definitely make this again.

Delicious. Made some minor substitutions: didn't use ketchup, added half a habanero, used orange bell peppers for color...
I have never been a huge fan of cornstarch sauces, but this was really good.
