Really enjoyed although instead of the separate seasonings, I used an envelope of Italian dressing which gave it a great flavor. Will make again.

Tastes good, took forever to cook. I used white rice but used a quart box of broth so it was very soupy. Cranked the oven up to 375 x1 hour then 400 x15 minutes just so we could eat before it got too late. Might make again - wasn’t bad.

This was delicious. I had seasoned the chicken before I cooked it with oregano not realizing that the recipe called for oregano while assembling the casserole. So it was a little too much oregano. But I do recommend adding some seasoning to the chicken while cooking.

I used marble cheese. Its good but could use more flavor. I used brown rice. I cooked it half way then put it in the casserole and it turned out good.

Quite good! I like the versatility of the dish. We'll be adding more components in later versions.

It was a really good new dish!
I used 1.5 cups of water and 1.5 cups of rice. My roommates and boyfriend loved it.

made it tonight....really good. I only added 1 cup of chicken broth, should of used a cup and 1/4. Next time I will saute some mushrooms with the chicken and add it in.

Just made this tonight. I would suggest a can and a half of broth. Two cans is to much. Also add more cheese. Wasn't bad just a little runny.

Great recipe. I used 1 1/2 cup rice and 3 cup chicken broth. I added 1 can diced tomatoes on top of chicken and peppers before I added the cheese. Maybe recipes could use a little more chicken but taste was great.

I had to compromise on some of the ingredients, but will definitely make it again! Very flavorful, filling, makes a bunch!

My family went nuts for this dish. We added a can of Italian diced tomatoes. There were NO LEFTOVERS!!! That’s how we determine if it’s a hit not. This one was a hit. My grandchildren ages, 6, 4 and 1 are all picky eaters. Not with this recipe they gobbled it right up and asked for more.

This was tasty and easy to make. I didn't have cooked chicken or even fully thawed chicken so I cooked some frozen chicken breasts & thighs in my Instant Pot until they were slightly under done (so it wouldn't overcook in the oven), I added spinach to recipe and winged it when it came to seasonings. The website calls for 2 cans of chicken stock so I used that and it came out a little soupy but not too bad.
At the end I sprinkled on Parmesan cheese and bit more of the Italian blend cheese and broiled it until it was golden and bubbly.

Delicious! Simple and good for leftovers too! (I'm not a frequent cooker- but this was great!)

Loved it, will be making again soon. The whole family enjoyed it. I used sour cream and instead of cream cheese, yummy.

The recipe on the actual webpage calls for 2 cans of chicken stock, versus only one can on the yummly ingredient summary. I used the 2 cans and it was way too much liquid. Probably would have been ok if only one can was used.
