Was easy to make. Pasta was hard to find so I used orzo. Will add
this to my soup rotation.

Yummy. Hearty & warms you up on a cold winter evening. Perfect with crusty bread or grilled squash & vegetables. I doubled the meatball recipe and it was a filling meal for even the hungry teens.

So delicious! The only adjustment I made was using ground chicken instead of turkey. The meatballs are so flavourful
