    I’ve made this several times. I try to cut steps, used Italian seasoned ground turkey which I browned combined all ingredients including 1 cup uncooked quinoa and put in oven together. Simple and good flavor

    very good! i made it with hamburger meat because i didn't have sausage. and seasoned the meat with Italian seasoning salt and pepper.
