Needed some more salt in the meatballs but otherwise great! Would add butter to meat next time.

It was fantastic. I didn’t add the carrots. Added gluten free bread soaked in almond milk instead and the meatballs are absolutely delicious.

I made the meatballs only with my own sauce. I didn’t have bread, so I used 2/3 cup of seasoned bread crumbs instead. I also baked the meatballs at 350 degrees for six minutes on each side for a total of 12 minutes on an oiled sheet pan to brown them, instead of frying them. I then put the meatballs in the pot of homemade sauce and simmered in the sauce for an hour. The meatballs were soft, flavorful, and juicy. I will keep this recipe to make again in the future. The recipe made 20, 3 inch meatballs.

This recipe was easy to make and does require few items to be chopped up but the ingredients that the flavor bring out in these meatballs is what makes the difference between good and great meatballs. Will definitely make again

Loved it! I’ve made this recipe twice now. Each time is really amazing! I have added mushrooms to my sauce and it was so great!

The meatballs were very bland. I should have known better and just used seasoned breadcrumbs.

Rolling the meat balls in the flour makes it easier to handle. Sauce was a little bland, I added some other spices to give it some more flavour. Will definitely make again.

Amazing! This is the Real Italian style meatball. The ground pork added to the beef makes all the difference along with the softened white bread. I used italian bread and added a couple extra slices. They came out perfect. Adults and kids raves about these meatballs!

Turned out amazing.
Didn't use the pork, just doubled the beef.
Sauce is good, I accidently added to much pepper for my family's taste but it was perfect for me.

This was the best meatball recipe that I have made and I have tried a lot. I did use jarred sauce because I was making manicotti to go with it.
