Great recipe. I did a few things different. I added some red wine and a bit of brown sugar. I cooked the pasta separately. Just a personal preference. Love a new way to use ground chicken!

I followed the instructions very precisely, and it turned out deliciously. I think the taste might have even improved after it sat out for a little while after preparation.

It was good. I personally added Frank’s Buffalo hot sauce to mine. My wife added cream cheese to her bowl and it turned out great. We didn’t have fresh basil and I think that took away from the robust flavor, hence the need for hot sauce. Great recipe even without our modifications.

Really easy to follow recipe. It was nice not to have the strong flavor of the tomato base pasta sauce. I cooked half of the portions and we got 6 servings. I’m going to keep this for cooking ahead and freezing list.

This turned out pretty good. I didn't have any mushrooms, so used red & yellow peppers instead and it was tasty.

Definitely a keeper! I added Crushed Red Pepper last 5 minutes of cooking since my family likes spicy! Big hit in my house...thanks for sharing.

It was a good use for ground chicken outside of my normal Asian cuisine uses for it. I added some dried oregano and a couple of fresh Roma tomatoes I had, which needed to be used up. The convenience of one skillet to wash was an added benefit. The family liked it and it was quick to get on the table. Served with an Italian tossed salad with olives and croutons rounded out the meal.
