    The flavours were incredible I don’t know how the egg yolks show on the picture because following the directions, the milk and cheese go on top. I did 10 min at 425 and the eggs weren’t cooked (and I couldn’t tell because the cheese on top covered the eggs) so I had to put them back in the oven. I will make again but I will do 425 for 15 minutes, and then a quick 30 seconds on broil to give the cheese some nice colour. Either way - this is a tasty brunch with fresh bagels.
