Simple and effective. Great for dipping in sweet or savory stuff, or with butter & a sprinkle of cinnamon. I used dried cranberries.

Delicious moist soda bread! I substituted baking powder with cream of tartar because I didn’t have baking powder. Easy to make quickly to go!

perfect.........We prefer lightly greasing an iron skillet and baking the bread about 60 to 65 minutes at 350 degrees.

Best soda bread! I soaked the raisins in hot water first. I also used regular milk, not buttermilk and it turned out great!
