good. not quite baked in middle. check before taking out =) made a soda bread biscuit =)

Turned out fine. Added some orange zest, dried blueberries and a bit of cinnamon. Can I ask why you went with gigantic portion sizes? Serves 4? That's one big "carb bomb." I'd say serves 8 and still provides a generous portion.
