Absolutely loved this, substituted cheese for mature cheddar which I find is tastier. So easy to do.

Great taste I followed the recipe exactly and it was great My husband made it a week later for guest and made it with cheddar cheese instead WOW what a difference I mean it was edible but the Dubliner cheese YUM!will never make it without the required cheese again

It needs more cheese in my opinion and I think I pressed it down too much because it was a little crispy. But it was really good! very oniony - I caramelized my onions so it meshed better. I think this recipe is lovely and would be even better with a stout beer
