  • 4 corn on the cob (cut into halfs or thirds)
  • 10 large garlic cloves (coarsely minced)
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter (2 Sticks)
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (add 1-3 Teaspoons if you like it spicier)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (Ac’cent, or MSG)
