So delicious! Will definetly make again. I added corn, and made it over the stove and it still turned out great.

Fantastic however we aren’t Vegan so I substituted with real cheese and used Beyond Beef crumbles...kids devoured it!! Thanks

This was wonderfully amazing, super tasty and just all around yummy! In fact it was gone (eaten) all gone in less than 30 minutes by my whole family, 2 of which are not vegan! I have already recommended this recipe to others! thank you for making my choice to go Vegan, super easy and satisfying!

I made this in a regular large wok pan because I don’t have an instant pot. I cooked the garlic, onions and red pepper in oil for about 5 minutes while stirring. Then I added the spices and stirred about 1-2 minutes. Then I added the rest and put on high for about 10 minutes and put the top of the pan on.. but took it off to stir occasionally so it didn’t burn. Then added cheese on low. YUM! Super easy and delish!

I put in a lb of ground beef instead of the crumbles. Holy moly this stuff is good! I love the spices together. Oh and I also didn’t have any cumin, and for some reason neither did my Mariano’s. It was still delicious!
