The flavour is very good and easy to prepare. But I would not use an Insta Pot as the brown rice noodles did not cook very well, which I kinda expected. I had to turn the sauté feature to high to get the noodles to cook but by doing that the veggies were over cooked. I will for sure try it again because the flavour was there but would prepare on the stove rather than the Insta Pot. Oh and I used chicken stock rather than water

Absolutely delicious! Huge success in my house! (Used sirracha sauce in lieu of the red paste.)

Really yummy! May have to cut the recipe in half next time for my small 3quart (was a bit tight!)

Came out watery almost like a ramen. Did anyone else have this problem? I ended up using the saute function to try and reduce the liquid.

So good! Used homemade hoisin sauce. I will definitely be making this again but i think ill add a clove or two of garlic.

Great dish. Will definitely make again. We subed snap peas for beans sprouts. Any veggie will do

So Salty - we love salt, but could not handle this. We ended up cutting the salt by adding coconut milk, an extra table spoon of sugar, lime juice, cilantro and peanut butter. It made it palatable, but will not make this again.

The flavor was excellent! As my first recipe using a Instant Pot the directions could be more specific, but given the variety of Instant pots these days, I completely understand! We will definitely be making this again and frequently, as my wife loved it! Again, the flavor is amazing! I will probably double the chicken next time just because I like more chicken, other than that it is an awesomely easy weeknight dinner for us!

it was good, but didn't have the flavor I was after. I'll tweak just a little. But the recipe as a whole gives me something to build on. The family loved it so I was the only person expecting something different. so 4 STARS from me. #snapypapy

I didn’t care for this the chicken seemed over cooked and the noodles were stiff. I’ll know how to adjust for next time and I want to try it again

Nice flavor that the whole family enjoyed. Directions should include that it is important to put the noodles in first or they don’t cook well.

The IP really frothed during release and there was a lot of liquid, so next time I’ll let it natural release. However this recipe is SO DELICIOUS!!!!! I’ll be using it as a regular in my house!!
